Refund Policy
We want every PhysioFit member to feel confident about joining. This page explains our refund and cancellation terms in plain language.
Programme refunds
- Full refund available within 7 days of enrolment if you have attended no more than 2 live sessions.
- After day 7 or after attending more than 2 live sessions, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort or to a family member, subject to availability.
- For medical reasons supported by documentation, we offer a credit valid for 12 months toward any PhysioFit programme.
Masterclass & consultation
- Free masterclass registrations can be cancelled any time before the event.
- Paid consultation fees can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked slot. No-shows are non-refundable.
